We called back with more questions during our decision making process and Lou continued to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We received the swatches as advertised and they were very beneficial. I want to take a moment to share a few thoughts about my recent experience with Luxury Leather Furniture. In short, they are the best furniture company I have ever dealt with. One of my pet peeves in life is poor craftsmanship and products that are cheaply made. Luxury Leather Furniture has genuinely restored my faith in a company’s ability to produce a truly high-quality, handmade piece of furniture. From the strength of the frame, to the comfort of the foam, to the beauty and thickness of the leather, to the precision of the stitching, everything about their work is incredible.

The quality is obvious the moment you see and feel the furniture. This is not mass-produced, “good enough” furniture. This is craftsmanship. It is sturdy, comfortable, beautiful, and clearly built by people who care deeply about what they are making. As impressive as the furniture is, the customer service may be even more remarkable. Mike, Tom, and Lou helped us through every step of the process, from choosing the right style, to selecting the leather color, to figuring out delivery even though we live so far out in the country that neither the delivery guys nor sunshine can easily find our house.

We even had a small hiccup that was no one’s fault, but they treated it as if it were their responsibility and made it right immediately. That kind of integrity is rare. I know this review may sound like one of these guys is my brother-in-law. I have never met any of them. But I sure hope I get to one day, because they really are exceptional at what they do.
